Have you ever wondered what an artisan baker really does, or how our award-winning sourdough is made from ‘starter to finish’?

Here’s some snaps from my experience of the Artisan Baking Workshop back in 2009. The original, the old faithful in our stable of baking classes, the artisan baking workshop is a 3 hour class that consists of hands-on baking, a tour of the entire Bakery, followed by a sampling session of our bread range with complimentary wine, cheese, dips and delicious cured meats.

Artisan Baking Workshop, $130/person, 3 hours. max 10 people per class. Held weekly on Wednesday evenings (6.30 – 9.30pm); once a month on Saturday afternoons (1.30 – 4.30pm). Call Training Department on 1300 966 845 for more information or to book a class. Advance Bookings Essential!
