Outpost Espresso, Collaroy

Former owner David set up an incredible business, and newcomer Sarah has taken on the task of continuing on with the charming locale. The aim at Outpost Espresso is to nurture the coffee and food culture in Collaroy. It’s all about pouring a great cup of Campos coffee, maintaining the high standard of the lovely menu and the casual vibe.

The community-based cafe is particularly busy on weekends, where locals can polish off the popular bacon & egg roll with tomato relish and rocket on our panini roll.

There’s a relaxed atmosphere at Outpost – a communal table makes sure everybody sits together like they would with family. And in a way, they are like family because everyone knows each other.

The pulled pork and coleslaw on our organic sourdough is a standout amongst the toasted sourdough sandwiches. For the sweet tooths, Outpost also has our banana bread and our pretty little iced coconut teacakes sitting on the counter.

And best of all, you can purchase Brasserie Bread loaves at Outpost! Take your pick from the succulent Sour Cherry Loaf, the Bakers Round Sourdough or the Quinoa & Soya Loaf.
