The Dining & Co opened its doors to North Ryde locals in mid-June. Previously at Big Tree House Cafe, Justin Park has found a bigger space and a bigger kitchen to take cafe food to the next level. The restaurant-style food highlights fresh, quality ingredients.
Breakfast at The Dining & Co continues a similar approach to Big Tree House Cafe with emphasis on flavour and quality. But some original favourites like goats on toast are still going strong.
Colourful and fresh, the French toast made with Brasserie Bread brioche is a feast for your eyes and your taste buds. Topped with vanilla mascarpone, maple syrup, pistachio snow, and fresh berries, it’s a deliciously sweet start to your day.
For a smorgasbord of flavours and textures, the breakfast board has got you covered. Slow cooked eggs, smoked salmon, prosciutto, halloumi, avocado, and beetroot relish are served alongside Brasserie Bread rye sourdough toast, allowing for an assemble-it-yourself adventure.
The lunch menu is motivated by an ethos for slow and steady food with daily slow cooked meats, salads, and burgers on offer. The Dining beef burger towers high with layers of beetroot, bacon, pineapple, tomato, onion, lettuce, cheese, and aioli on Brasserie Bread brioche bun accompanied by a side serve of chips.
